Royal Display was established in 1943 and, for over 60 years, our design ability and inventive solutions have allowed us to creatively display your products. Our displays are manufactured, from start to finish, at our plant. Design, wire and sheet metal forming, welding, assembly and powder-coat finishing are all performed on-site at our Connecticut facility. Because of this, our staff is able to provide personalized attention to all your point-of-purchase needs. We specialize in short lead times, custom colors and hard-to-design custom wire racks.

We have the ability to do a complete custom design from your specifications, or we can work from your pre-existing design. Prior to manufacturing we make a sample of each rack for approval, complete with the standard- or custom-color powder-coated finish. Complete packaging services and drop shipping are available, if necessary. Display racks can also be designed with UPS requirements in mind to keep freight costs down.

Our display racks are constructed primarily of wire. Tubing, sheet metal, plastics and fiberboard are also utilized to enhance display appearance and function. Royal has integrated wire and corrugated for pre-packaged programs and we have incorporated specialized lighting into our displays to enhance product presentation.

Our versatile production capabilities allow us to fabricate each individual point-of-purchase display from the correct materials and in the right configuration for the application. Royal's products include universal pegboard and slatwall hooks; fixed, fold-up or knockdown displays; and several alternatives for signage and price/inventory identification. We design our displays to be set-up without the requirement for tools.

We now have the capability to do barcode labels for all applications, including inventory control or tracking your product. The information is printed on large, easy-to-read 4 x 6 labels and can be in any format you choose.

Powder Coat Finishing On-site
Full-service / One Location

Royal has the capabilities required to produce all displays under one roof. In addition to our innovative design and assembly services, we have complete powder coat finishing in-house. Our in-line system provides all types of powder coat finishing with endless variations of color and texture. Our efficient process provides the ability for quick changeover.

We also have a separate powder coat module for applying experimental colors and textures to prototypes. This dedicated module allows us to still remain within our normal prototype lead time.
